Dawna Atamanchuk

Dawna Atamanchuk (she/her) is an executive coach, facilitator, and Partner at Change Innovators Inc., where she works with leaders, teams, and organizations across North America and Europe to strengthen leadership, build meaningful workplace cultures, and create lasting organizational change.

Dawna is deeply committed to serving her community through leadership and grassroots volunteerism. She currently serves on the global board of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as Membership Director and contributes to its DEIB and Appeals Committees. She is also Board Chair of Career Trek, helping create opportunities for young people to explore future career paths.

Beyond formal leadership roles, Dawna actively looks for opportunities to contribute at the grassroots level, believing meaningful change happens when people step forward wherever they can make a difference.

Dawna enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and simply enjoying nature. A lifelong learner, she can often be found reading three or four books at a time. She also treasures staying connected with family and friends across multiple time zones, making relationships and meaningful conversations a central part of her life.
