Allyship in Practice explores how organizations can move from awareness to action by applying inclusion principles in real-world settings. In this interactive session, participants will examine how inclusive practices support stronger workplace culture, credibility, and trust, while also learning practical ways to respond constructively and implement change.

Facilitator
Lou Lamari is a licensed lawyer called to the Manitoba Bar and a practicing legal professional with experience in Nunavut. As an openly trans lawyer, Lou brings legal expertise, academic training in gender studies, and lived experience to his work as a facilitator and equity and inclusion consultant. He is known for leading thoughtful, balanced discussions that engage diverse audiences with clarity and respect.
