Leadership Presence: Building Trust & Credibility is a full-day, interactive workshop for emerging people leaders. Participants will explore how communication, behaviour, and decision-making influence trust and credibility, while practicing approaches that strengthen leadership presence in everyday workplace situations.

Learning objectives

  • Assess trust and credibility across key working relationships using a practical framework.

  • Distinguish between formal authority and earned credibility.

  • Recognize the verbal and behavioural signals that strengthen or weaken leadership presence.

  • Respond effectively when trust shifts or breaks down.

  • Create a 30-60-90 day Trust and Presence Blueprint with clear leadership commitments.

Who should attend

This workshop is designed for supervisors, team leads, managers, and coordinators with direct reports who are within their first 24 months of formal people leadership. It is also suitable for high-potential employees preparing to step into a leadership role.

Facilitator 

Adesuwa Ero is an organizational development and nonprofit leadership professional with over 14 years of experience in workforce capacity-building, strategic learning, and organizational effectiveness. She currently leads Training and Development at End Homelessness Winnipeg and is also the Founder and Principal Consultant of Ohloree Inc., where she supports organizations in strengthening leadership, improving workplace culture, and building sustainable growth strategies.

Her experience includes leadership development, employee engagement, change management, grant writing, and partnership development. Adesuwa is a skilled facilitator and advisor who is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations build capacity and create meaningful impact.
