Facilitator
Juanita DeSouza-Huletey, MA, PMP, ALEP, BRM, PROSCI, ITIL is a community and industry leader with more than 25 years of experience in IT, project management, and governance. She is the Founder and CEO of Dynamic Solutions International Inc. and the creator of the Canadian Immigrant Professional Alliance, where she works to advance inclusive leadership and support immigrant professionals in Canada.
Juanita is also an educator, keynote speaker, and former Divisional Head of IT for the Winnipeg Police Service. She continues to share her expertise through teaching, board service, and community leadership focused on equity, inclusion, and organizational impact.
