This workshop will guide you through each stage of the strategic planning cycle, including setting the mission, vision, goals, objectives, and action steps. Additionally, participants will explore techniques to garner support for the strategic plan and ensure its successful implementation.
By the end of the course, you will have the knowledge and tools to create your own strategic plan.
